Hi, I’m Maggie! 👋

I’m a full-time corporate professional, entrepreneur, organization enthusiast, and the person who genuinely enjoys making the business stuff a little less overwhelming.

I created Virtually Maggie because I know firsthand how much goes into building something of your own.

And while I love my full-time career, I also love having a creative outlet and the opportunity to help other people build businesses around the things they care about.

That’s where Virtually Maggie comes in.

Your business matters. Even if it’s not your full-time job.

I don’t believe you have to quit your day job, have a huge team, or be running a six-figure business to deserve support.

Maybe you’re building your business on nights and weekends.

What I bring to the table

My full-time career has given me a strong background in organization, communication, client support, problem-solving, and keeping a lot of moving pieces moving in the right direction.

I’m naturally the person who notices when something could be organized better, simplified, documented, or turned into a system.

I love taking the messy, behind-the-scenes things that have been sitting on someone’s to-do list and turning them into something manageable.

That’s the work I get excited about.

Not because it’s glamorous…

but because getting your time back is.

I don’t want to build a giant agency.

I don’t want to work with hundreds of businesses.

I want to work with people who are building something they genuinely care about and give them practical, reliable support along the way.

Because I know what it’s like to have a full-time job and still have dreams outside of it.

I know what it’s like to have limited time and a million things you could be doing with it.

And I know how valuable it can be to have someone step in and say:

“Don’t worry about that. I’ve got it.”

That’s what I want to be for my clients.
