Hey there! This week we’re going to dig deeper into my last post. In that post I talk about choosing your hard in your entrepreneurial journey and in life in general. Its used a lot in the fitness world – “choose your hard, health problems or being sore after the gym” – that type of thing. In entrepreneurship I think of it as “choose your hard, feeling stuck in a job going no where, or sacrificing in the now to create something amazing and long lasting.”

So this post is a little list of 10 ways I push myself forward when I’m feeling that hard deep in my bones. I’ll keep this one short and sweet 🙂
- Reconnect with Your Why
Remember why you started and the goals you’re working toward. - Break It Down
Focus on one small, achievable step at a time instead of the whole mountain. - Lean on Your Support System
Talk to a friend, mentor, or loved one who can offer encouragement. - Celebrate Small Wins
Recognize even the tiniest accomplishments—they all add up. - Practice Self-Care
Rest, recharge, and refocus by prioritizing your physical and mental health. - Learn from Challenges
Reflect on what the tough times are teaching you and how you can grow. - Stay Consistent
Show up daily, even if it’s just a little. Progress is still progress. - Visualize Your Success
Picture yourself overcoming the challenge—it’s a powerful motivator. - Seek Inspiration
Listen to a podcast, read a book, or watch a motivational video to reignite your spark. - Remind Yourself: This Too Shall Pass
Tough times don’t last, but your resilience and determination will.
So if you’re reading this because you feel you need to push forward – Keep going—you’re stronger than you think!
